If there is something that we are lagging behind, when it comes to our earlier generation people. Well it should be the fitness prospect. Our major strength is that, we have lost of things to work out on out fitness, but the thing is not many of us are diet conscious. In that case, the only thing that we got to do is keep track on the kind of food that we eat and reduce on the calorie level in the food that we eat. Specially it is important to give up on eating regular fast foods. Fast foods are the ones causing major damage. It is something that we got to be cautious about. This is the main difference between us and the generation earlier. They got to eat all the healthy food and had all the time in the world to keep them self ft. So, just make sure you eat what you have to and work out as much as required to keep yourselves fit and healthy.
