Well the main problem has been the network reception with many users claiming that the iPhone 4g was more prone to dropping calls and losing network reception as compared to other phones. The issue was addressed by Apple, who claimed that if the phone was held in a particular way, then the issue would crop up, and the easiest way to avoid it was not to cover the lower right edge of the phone, as it housed the antenna. Unfortunately, this makes it very difficult for left handed people to use the phone, as they would be covering the antenna with their normal grip. But this problem is a very high priority for the apple people and Steve jobs have promised to solve this problem as soon as possible. And also refunds for people who demand them.
